The court heard from prosecutor Alinah Iqbal that the 30-year-old had stolen two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey, a bottle of Bells whisky, four bottles of Absolute vodka, four bottles of Absolute Raspberry vodka, and a bottle of Smirnoff vodka, worth a total of more than £200, from the Co-operative supermarket in Leominster on March 8.
Stuchbery, of Bridge Street, Leominster, was handed a 12-month community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the sentence.
No order for prosecution costs were made.
