AN ATTACK-accused Herefordshire man has been sent for trial after denying three charges.
Kade Hedley appeared before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre accused of two counts of assaulting an emergency worker and one count of obstructing or resisting a constable in the the execution of their duties.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 25-year-old is alleged to have assaulted two police officers, who were acting in the course of their duties, in Hereford on September 9.

He is also accused of resisting a police officer in the execution of his duties in Hereford on the same date.
Hedley, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, entered not guilty pleas to all three charges.
The case was sent for trial and Hedley, of Kingstone, Herefordshire, was released on unconditional bail. He will appear before magistrates in Hereford for trial on June 19.
