AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent for trial over allegations that he sexually assaulted another man.
Sow Onn appeared before magistrates in Hereford in March accused of one count of sexually assaulting a male.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 61-year-old is accused of intentionally sexually touching a man aged 16 or over when he did not consent and when he did not reasonably believe that he was consenting in Herefordshire on April 22.

Onn, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Emma Thorne, entered a not guilty plea to the charge.
The case was sent for trial and Onn, of Foley Street, Hereford, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre for trial on June 26.
