I avoid Hereford thanks to horrendous traffic (Image: Hereford Times)
LIVING near Ross-on-Wye, I frankly avoid as far as I can going to Hereford.
The traffic is mostly horrendous, and how a bypass has not been agreed after so many years is staggering.
Move the through traffic and fumes around the city. The city will then become more accessible and attractive to those that want to enjoy the city shopping and nightlife.
