A HEREFORD man has been back up before a court after failing to turn up for unpaid work.
Frank Nelson Miley entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in March.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 24-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed by magistrates in Merthyr Tydfil on June 22 last year.

He had failed to turn up for unpaod work appointments on December 18 and February 5, which he had been instructed to attend by his supervising officer.
He had also failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence within five working days, the court heard.
The order was varied, and Miley, of Sherborne Close, Hereford, was ordered to carry out a further 21 hours of unpaid work by the new end date of the order.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £60.
