A HEREFORD man has avoided being sent to prison after breaching the terms of his suspended sentence order.
Kamil Bak entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in March.
The court heard Bak had been made subject to a suspended sentence order by magistrates in Redditch on July 25, 2022.

But the 31-year-old had failed to attend supervision appointments on December 1 and December 12, which he had been instructed to attend by his supervising officer.
He had then failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence within five working days, the court heard
Bak, of Newtown Road in Hereford, was fined £120, while magistrates ordered the suspended sentence order to continue, saying it was not in the interests of justice to activate it.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £60.
