A MAN caught driving without due care and attention on the A49 in Herefordshire has been fined by a court.
Salih Kankoru, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Lucy Whittaker, entered a guilty plea to one count of driving a vehicle on a road or in a public place without due care and attention when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Andy Saunders that the 26-year-old defendant had been caught out after driving a Skoda Fabia without due care and attention on the A49 at Peterstow, near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire on July 16 last year.
Kankoru, who gave the court a 'care of' address in Nottingham, was fined £80 and received five penalty points for the offence, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £32 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
