MAJOR routes in Herefordshire have been left blocked after more heavy snow overnight.
With a yellow weather warning still in place for much of the county from the Met Office, roads in and around the county have been affected by snow.
West Mercia Police said: "A large number of roads throughout the West Mercia policing area are still treacherous and some impassable.
"Please only travel if you have to. Ensure you vehicle is winter read and you have appropriate clothing and supplies."
Update 11am: all main road should now be clear
Here is the latest from Herefordshire Council and traffic monitoring service Inrix as of 9am:
A49 Hope Under Dinmore: Broken down lorries on A49 both ways from A417 (Hope-under-Dinmore junction) to Wellington. Several lorries have broken down trying to get up Dinmore Hill. Police say avoid.
A49 Woofferton: Poor conditions reported
A44 Leominster: A44 both ways just passable due to snow between Leominster (Leominster) and Bromyard (Bromyard).
A44 New Radnor: A44 both ways impassable due to snow from B4372 Water Street (New Radnor) to A488 (Penybont). There are some lorries that have become stuck near the Hundred House turn off due to the weather.
