AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent for trial over public order offence allegations.
Dabek Slawek appeared before magistrates in Llandrindod Wells in March accused of one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

The court heard from the Crown Prosecution Service that the 43-year-old defendant is alleged have used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress in Glasbury, Powys, on July 17 last year.
Slawek, who was not represented by a solicitor at the hearing, entered a not guilty plea to the charge.
The case was sent for trial and Slawek, of Burton Wood in Weobley, Herefordshire, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before magistrates in Llandrindod Wells for trial on April 24.
