OUTDOOR cinema screenings will return to Hereford this summer, with two dates announced.

They dates are being organised by Outdoor Cinema UK, a Hereford-based company which tours the UK with its Open Air Cinema Experience.

Mo Davies, owner and operator for Outdoor Cinema and Highrise Projections, said there will be two exciting open-air cinema experiences in the city.

OTHER NEWS:

The first event will take place on Friday, June 3 where you will need to purchase your aviator ticket and request to buzz the tower as Top Gun: Maverick shows on the big screen.

The second event will be on Friday, July 28 where customers will need to get their dancing shoes ready and singing voices warmed up as Grease hits the big screen.

"Everyone will be having some “summer loving" as the promoter encourages an immersive cinema experience," Outdoor Cinema UK said.

OTHER NEWS:

Both events will take place at Hereford Racecourse.

The firm's website said: "Started in 2016, the company was formed when Mo Davies decided to round up his friends and family, and put the idea to them.

"We had our first Outdoor Cinema in May 2016 in Worcester, and it was a sell-out. The rest is history as they say."
