He had failed to attend initial supervision appointments, which he had been instructed to attend by his supervising officer, on October 25 and 31, and had failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absences within five working days, the court heard.

Magistrates ordered the order to continue with its original requirements and Coyle also must comply with any instructions of his responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by his officer up to a maximum of five days.

Coyle, of St Owen Place, Hereford, was ordered to pay costs of £60.
