AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent to the crown court over an allegation that he caused grievous bodily harm in an assault in Leominster.
Jack Warner appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in February accused of two counts of assault by beating and one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 21-year-old is accused of unlawfully and maliciously causing grievous bodily harm to a woman in Leominster on February 4 with intent to do her grievous bodily harm.

He is also accused of assaulting two women by beating in Leominster on the same date, the court heard.
The case was sent to the crown court for trial and Warner, of Croft Lane Caravan Park in Luston, Leominster, was released on bail with conditions not to contact the alleged victims.
He will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on March 7.
