AN ATTACK-accused Hereford man has been sent for trial over an allegation that he caused a woman actual bodily harm in an incident in Hereford.
Ashley Powell entered a not guilty plea to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in January.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 38-year-old defendant is accused of having assaulted a woman in Hereford, causing her actual bodily harm, in Hereford on February 26.
Powell, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor George Cousins, and who is of Bryngwyn Close in Hereford, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre for trial on May 15.
