MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.

Thomas Stocking entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bath in January.

The court heard the 69-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A4 Portway in Bristol on June 21.

Stocking, of Dymock Road, Ledbury, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge.

Annette Louise Cookson entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bodmin.

The court heard the 55-year-old Vauxhall Mokka driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A394 in Longdowns, Cornwall, on June 8.

Cookson, of Church Street, Kington, was fined £398 and received four penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £39 victim surcharge.

Joshua Gullis entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard the 28-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of an Audi in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig in Herefordshire on April 26.

Gullis, of Elmhurst Close in Trevethin, Pontypool, was fined £66 and received three penalty points. He must also pay a £34 victim surcharge.
