A HEREFORD fish and chip shop has been handed a top rating in its latest food hygiene inspection

Inspectors handed Mr Chips in Hereford's Commercial Road a five-star rating when they visited in January.

All businesses handling food in the county are regularly checked by local authority food hygiene inspectors.

Businesses are rated out of five, with five being the highest score and zero meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
