A THIEF has been handed a conditional discharge after stealing from Boots, TK Maxx, Tesco, and Holland and Barrett in Hereford.
Thomas Hamilton entered guilty pleas to three charges of theft from a shop and one of attempted theft from a shop when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in January.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 33-year-old had stolen £39.99 worth of 22g Revive collagen sachets from Boots in Hereford, a 32oz pink water bottle, Champion three-pack socks, and Calvin Klein socks worth £23.97 from TK Maxx in Hereford, and 50ml Dolce and Gabbana perfume and a USB C cable from Tesco in Hereford, all on August 7.

He had also attempted to steal £10 worth of N-acetylcysteine 600mg from Holland and Barrett in Hereford on the same date, the court was told.
Hamilton, who is of Huntingdon, Kington, was handed an 18-month conditional discharge, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when coming to their decision.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135.
