AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent to the crown court over allegations that he caused actual bodily harm to two men in a city incident.
William Smith appeared before magistrates in Hereford in January accused of two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 19-year-old is accused of having assaulted two men, causing both of them actual bodily harm, in Hereford on June 4.
The case was sent to the crown court and Smith, who was represented at the magistrates' court by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
Smith, who is of Burton Wood in Weobley, Herefordshire, will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a case management hearing next on February 8.
