POLICE say a body found along a busy path in Hereford is believed to be that of a man missing for more than a month.
West Mercia Police said formal identification has not yet taken place but they believed the body was that of Shane McGinley.
His death is being treated as unexplained.
Mr McGinley, 45, had been missing from Hereford since November 30.

The body was discovered shortly after 11am yesterday (Monday) by a member of the public on Great Western Way.

The path, between Usk Close and Belmont Road, was closed and a scene guard put in place while initial investigations took place.
The route, which runs from Sainsbury's to the south of the city, reopened shortly before 6pm.
Police said his family have been informed.
