AN ACCUSED Hereford man has been sent to the crown court over an allegation that he caused actual bodily harm.
Brandon Holland appeared before magistrates in Hereford accused of one count of assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm in January.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 25-year-old is accused of having assaulted a man, causing him actual bodily harm, in Hereford on June 4 last year.
The case was sent to the crown court, and Holland, who was represented by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal at the magistrates' court, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
Holland, who is of Nelson Street in Hereford, will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a case management hearing on February 8.
