MUCH of Britain seems to be afflicted with car parking problems.

I read of people being charged exorbitant sums by parking companies for an overstay.

Some cities invest in land outside the city to create free parking and provide a free shuttle bus service to the city centre.

I would be sorry to see Hereford die for lack of adequate parking.
