NEW tenants are wanted at a former travel agent shop in Hereford city centre.
Numbers one and two St Peter's Street, near the Black and White House in Hereford's High Town, is on the market with agents Sunderlands for £16,950 per annum.
The agents said the shop has a potential sales area of 677 square feet, and is in a prominent location with extensive retail frontage.
The premises was previously home to TUI travel agents.

It is set next to a range of other shops including Off The Wall, Mother Nature's Goodies, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, and the Principality Building Society.
Sunderlands said the property is a traditionally constructed, end-terraced shop within a parade of similarly-styled properties.
There is potential to also have additional ancillary basement accommodation, the agents said.
Some works are going to be undertaken to separate the retail area from the remainder of the premises.
