LIVE music and free parking will be returning to Hereford in the new year to entice shoppers to the high street.
Hereford Business Improvement District, which represents firms in the city centre, said it had set a date of Saturday, February 11 for its Love Hereford event.
Bosses said this should help encourage visitors into the city during the quieter winter months.

A spokesperson said that the fun event will provide live music, activities and entertainment, centred around a Valentine theme.
There will be free parking from midday at Old Market, Maylord Orchards and Herefordshire Council car parks, excluding Friar Street and private car parks, it added.

This is similar to the initiative run on the three Wednesdays before Christmas, with free parking in the city and live music in High Town.
A spokesperson said: "For a second year, Love Hereford will be bringing loved ones together over live music, activities and a celebration of all things local; the perfect addition to your Valentine day-out or a great way to find some romantic inspiration.
"The Hereford City Life team, who champion the city centre, are working with local businesses to bring you fun workshops, great giveaway prizes and plenty of Valentine’s gifting ideas."

They added: "In addition to Hereford City Life’s main event at Old Market, visitors can enjoy lots of other fun Valentine’s activities around the city centre on this date, including at The Courtyard and Maylord Orchards.
"To make experiencing Love Hereford day even better, there will also free parking from midday in all Herefordshire Council car parks (excluding private and Friar Street car parks) as well as at Maylord Orchards and Old Market.
"Don’t worry, Love Hereford is not exclusively for loved-up couples – share the experience with best friends or family as you try your hand at a new activity or take a photo at the photo booth.
"So, add the date to your diaries and keep an eye out for more exciting details to be announced soon."
