A HEREFORD biker has been banned from the roads after he was caught out without a licence or insurance.

Mark Andrew Parry appeared before magistrates in Cheltenham in January after he was convicted of one count of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and one count of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance at an earlier hearing.

One count of driving without due care and attention, which Parry had denied, was dismissed as no evidence was offered.
