LAND near a Hereford landmark with plans to build three "exciting" contemporary homes is up for sale.
The land at Broomy Hill in Hereford is on the market with agents Sunderlands for offers in excess of £785,000.
The agents said the site, near the Broomy Hill Water Tower, which dates from the 1880s, is highly attractive and offers three building plots in a slightly elevated and tucked away location.
The Broomy Hill Road site, which extends to around an acre, has planning permission for two five-bed homes and a four-bed home, all with double garages.
Sunderlands said the site offers a rare opportunity to purchase three freehold building plots, each with planning permission for "a beautifully designed bespoke home".

Each home will offer spacious accommodation over two floors, with open-plan rooms and wide south-facing sun terraces, the agents said.
"This attractive site is ideal for developers wanting an interesting high end project," they said.
The plans for the site, which Sunderlands said is understood to have mains water and electricity can be viewed on Herefordshire Council's planning portal or at the Sunderlands offices.
