TWO Herefordshire drivers have been fined by magistrates after they failed to tell police who was behind the wheel of their car.
Andrew Martin Gilbert, 45, was proven guilty by magistrates in Gwent.
The court heard Gilbert had failed to identify the driver of a Vauxhall Combo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to police in Gwent on July 29.
Gilbert, who is of Morton on Lugg, Herefordshire, was fined £660, received six penalty points, and was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge.

John Long, 57, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Long had failed to identify the driver of a Honda Civic who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to police in West Mercia on July 30.
Long, who is of Kirkham Gardens, Bromyard, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge.
