HEREFORDSHIRE'S newest Italian will open its doors for the first time tonight, and bosses say they are already fully booked.
Bosses at the new Il Vigneto (Italian for "vineyard") in Leominster promise it will be passionately authentic when the doors open to the West Street restaurant today.

The restaurant previously said that it could have Bea Ward, a West End young lead actress who has performed in School of Rock and Bonnie and Clyde, do a special live performance for the opening night.
And the restaurant appears to have been an instant hit because it is fully booked for its opening night.

Owner and executive chef Michele Toniolo said on the restaurant's website that food and wine runs in his family.

"We believe that eating isn't just about feeding your body," he said, with Sahra McGregor and Mikie O'Dare chefs in the new venture.
"It's about nourishing the soul, too. And life is too short for mediocre soul food.
"We make sure every dish that we serve satisfies your entire being. Crispy, savory, sweet, juicy, satisfying. Whatever you crave is what we want to serve. Passionately authentic Italian food and wine."
With seating upstairs and down, it will accommodate up to 50 people and will be open Tuesdays to Sundays.
Its menu features Italian classics such as lasagne al forno, pizzas and tiramisu.
