A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught out in Hereford on New Year's Eve.
Razvan Baraian entered a guilty plea to one charge of drug driving when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in November 2022.
The court heard that the 31-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a black Volkswagen Polo in Hereford's Mortimer Road while over the drug-drive limit on December 31, 2019.

An evidential blood test taken while in police custody revealed Baraian had 5.5 microgrammes of controlled class B drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Baraian, who is of Victoria Street in Hereford, was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months and fined £300 for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.
