A NEW food business is opening in a Herefordshire town to coincide with the annual Christmas lights switch-on event.
Ruby T's Aga Kitchen will be a new addition to the high street in Bromyard when it opens on Saturday (November 19), but the owner said it has already been a huge hit.
Run by Heather Jones, the new venture will see her sell homemade Aga-cooked food, cooked freshly everyday with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

Takeaways will also be available and Ms Jones said the business, which will offer vegetarian and vegan options, was named after her grandmother Ruby Thompson.
She lived in Leominster and moved to the county from Surrey.

"She loved her food," Ms Jones, 44, said.
"My daughter is also called Ruby after her."
The cafe will be open seven days a week and offer a lunchtime delivery service to residents of the town from 12.30pm until 2.30pm.

"I shall be utilising the Masons kitchen and the coffee lounge building after the bakery owners at Loafers have left for the day," she said.
"I have advertised on Facebook and it has been a huge hit."
She said she would also be offering freshly made healthy food pots for children and can also cater for events.
