The reason behind closure of Herefordshire post office branch

The next closest post offices for businesses are in villages between five and 10 miles away.

A Post Office spokesperson said: “Leominster Post Office is temporarily closed due to a leaking roof in the Post Office section of the store due to heavy rain.

“The shop is not affected and remained open.  It is not yet known when the branch is able to re-open. The situation will be assessed today (November 16).

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure. Alternative Post Offices include Kingsland, Yarpole and Shobdon.”
