AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man's trial has been relisted after it was postponed due to the Queen's death.
Danny Moses had entered a not guilty plea to one charge of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before Hereford magistrates at an earlier hearing in July.

Magistrates heard the 42-year-old is accused of driving a silver Nissan Qashqai in Ross-on-Wye after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes on May 22.
The case was previously listed for trial earlier in September but was adjourned due to the death of the Queen, and was relisted at a short case management hearing in September, with Moses, who is of Springfield Avenue, Hereford, to appear before Hereford magistrates court in Bath Street for trial on December 5.
