A HEREFORD man has been handed an interim driving ban ahead of his sentencing after breaking the law behind the wheel.
Richard Worth entered guilty pleas to charges of driving without due care and attention and failing to provide a blood specimen when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 55-year-old had driven a Vauxhall Vectra without due care and attention in Westhope, Herefordshire, on September 2.

He had also failed to provide a blood sample when required to by police for a laboratory test during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence on September 3.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out and Worth, who gave a care of address in Hereford was granted unconditional bail and handed an interim driving disqualification.
He will appear before magistrates in Hereford next on October 24 for his sentencing hearing.
