A HEREFORD man has appeared before magistrates accused of drug-driving on a busy main road.
Nigel Brown entered a not guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
Prosecutor Mark Hambling told the court that the 69-year-old is accused of driving a Volkswagen van with 5.6 microgrammes of class B controlled drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood, on the A40 at Ganarew on May 26. The legal driving limit is two microgrammes.

The case was adjourned and Brown, of St Owen Street, Hereford, was released on unconditional bail.
He will appear before magistrates in Kidderminster for a case management hearing on October 24.
