A MAN has been sent for trial accused of causing actual bodily harm in a Hereford attack.

Jonathan Hedley admitted one offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 29-year-old had intentionally caused £733.66 worth of damage to a front door belonging to Platform Housing Group in Ledbury on January 15.

Hedley is also accused of damaging various fixtures, fittings, and furniture belonging to a man in Hereford on May 2, using violence to secure entry to a home in Hereford, knowing there was someone present who opposed his entry on May 2, and assaulting a man and a woman in Hereford, causing actual bodily harm on May 2, all of which he has entered not guilty pleas to.

The case was adjourned and Hedley, who is of no fixed address, will appear before magistrates in Worcester for trial on November 14.
