A DRIVER has denied being in charge of his car while over the limit in a Herefordshire town.
Steven James Lamb entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 63-year-old is accused of being in charge of a Vauxhall Antara in Leominster's Eaton Close while over the alcohol limit, with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on August 14. The legal limit is 35.
The case was sent for trial and Lamb, of Ryelands, Leominster, will appear before Hereford magistrates next on November 10.
