A KEY event for Herefordshire landlords will be held on Wednesday evening (2nd).
Organised by Herefordshire Council's strategic housing team, the meeting will give landlords the chance to catch up on a number of important issues.
Subjects covered will include changes to payments and local housing allowances, energy performance certificates and an update on licensing for houses in multiple occupation.
Representatives from various organisations relating to private landlords will be on hand to answer questions.
The event is open to private landlords renting out one or more properties in the county, professional landlords or letting agents, and individuals thinking about renting out a property.
It will be held in the Council Chamber at Brockington, Hafod Road, Hereford, between 7pm and 9.30pm.
