MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Nicholas Jason Devey, 49, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Devey had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a BMW in a 40 miles per hour variable speed limit zone on the M5 in Worcestershire on February 7.
Devey, of Brierley Lane, Brierley, Herefordshire, was fined £835 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £83 victim surcharge.

Paige Ashlie Lakin, 31, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Haverfordwest.
The court heard Mazda driver Lakin had been caught speeding in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig in Herefordshire on January 16.
Lakin, of Gatehouse View, Pembroke, was fined £230 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £92 victim surcharge.
