AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has denied being in charge of a car while over the drink-drive limit.
Andrew David Saxelby entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Saxelby, 59, is accused of being in charge of a red Mazda while over the alcohol limit, with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Hereford's Waitrose car park on July 28. The legal limit is 35.
The case was sent for trial, and Saxelby, of Traherne Close, Ledbury, will appear before Hereford magistrates next on October 31.
