NEW landlords are wanted at a currently closed pub in a Herefordshire town.

The Prince of Wales in Ross-on-Wye is being offered by agents Sprosen Ltd for £15,000 leasehold.

The agents said the "handsome, detached public house" and restaurant has recently been refurbished, with some £100,000 spent on upgrading the trade and private areas of the building, and offers an opportunity to develop a great business.

The main bar seats around 75, while the restaurant to the rear seats over 40.

The pub also comes complete with large commercial kitchens and a three-bed owners accommodation.

Outside is a front trading patio with space for around 12 covers, while to the rear is a garden with seating for 30 and a gravelled car park with approximately 25 spaces.

The agents said that they do not have historic trading accounts for the pub, which is currently closed and offered for lease by The Stonegate Group, but that it is expected that an annual turnover of £360,000 could be achieved after developing the business.
