MORE Herefordshire drivers have been rapped by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Jed Anthony Barnett, 35, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Mold.
The court heard Barnett had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of an Audi in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A55 in Gwynedd on December 29.
Barnett, of Westgate, Leominster, was fined £192 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Michael Philip Preece, 31, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Audi driver Preece had been caught breaking the limit in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A465 Belmont Road in Hereford on January 2.
Preece, of Titley, Kington, was fined £800 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £80 victim surcharge.
Neil Stuart Roberts, 38, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Roberts have been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A417 at Ashperton on December 29.
Roberts, of Elm Close, Tarporley, was fined £80 and received four penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
