A LANDMARK Herefordshire pub and hotel with eight miles of fishing rights is up for sale for the first time in four decades.
The Red Lion Hotel, nestled on the banks of the river Wye in Bredwardine, is on the market with commercial agents Sidney Phillips for £695,000.
The grade II listed 17th century hotel has been in the same family for the last 40 years, the agents said.

Complete with a wealth of character features including oak beams and log fires, the building has bar, lounge, and restaurant areas.
It also has ten en-suite letting rooms and a separate two-bed owners cottage.
Outside is a pretty beer garden set in the 0.34 acre grounds.
