FIVE men have been up before the magistrates accused of using or threatening unlawful violence in Hereford.

Damian Southall, 35, is accused of one count of assaulting a person causing actual bodily harm in Hereford on August 23 and one count of affray, by using or threatening unlawful violence towards another in Hereford on August 22 and 23.

Ryan Hendry, 36, is accused of one count of assaulting a person causing actual bodily harm in Hereford on August 22 and 23 and one count of affray, by using or threatening unlawful violence towards another in Hereford on August 23.

OTHER NEWS:

Steven Baker, 22, and Huw Gibbons, 24, are all accused of one count of affray by using or threatening unlawful violence towards another in Hereford on August 22 and 23.

Scott Sable, 33, was convicted of one count of affray by using or threatening unlawful violence towards another in Hereford on August 22 and 23.

Southall, of Bewdley Bank, Hendry, of Chester Close, Baker, of Westfaling Street, Sabel, of Warncombe Link, and Gibbons, of Richmond Street, all in Hereford, will appear before Hereford magistrates again at a later date.
