A HEREFORDSHIRE speeder has escaped a roads ban after he was caught breaking the limit.
Louis Charles Saer entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Nissan in a 30 miles per hour zone on Wolverhampton Road in Kidderminster on November 12.

Saer, of Nordan, Leominster, was fined £76 and received three penalty points and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
No totting disqualification was made as, the court heard, a ban would cause exceptional hardship to employees who could lose their jobs as a result and to his wife, children, and another family member who he is supporting after a serious illness.
