Hereford Magistrates
A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been sent for trial accused of assaulting a woman.
James Smith entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old is accused of assaulting a woman by beating in Hereford on December 12.
Smith, who is of The Bines, Clehonger, was sent for trial before Hereford magistrates on September 5.
