A PENSIONER has been banned from the roads after injuring another person in a crash in Herefordshire after his licence was revoked.
Peter Regan entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 83-year-old had failed to stop after a crash on the B4234 Walford Road in Ross-on-Wye, in which another person was caused injury, on October 3, and had failed to report the crash to police as soon as practicable or within 24 hours.

He had also been behind the wheel of his Mazda 6 that day after his licence was revoked on account of disability on July 22.
Regan, of Tudorville Place, Ross, was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £733, and must pay a £73 victim surcharge. No costs were imposed due to his lack of means.
