A BIKER has been up before the magistrates after he was caught riding without a licence or insurance.
Mohammed Shamil Patterkadavan, 24, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Patterkavadan had been caught riding a KTM bike without insurance or a licence in Hereford's Barrs Court Road on December 20.
Patterkadavan, of Devereux Close, Hereford, was fined a total of £221 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
