AN ATTACKER has been handed unpaid work after assaulting two people, including a police officer, in a Herefordshire town.
Andrew Williams appeared before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing after previously admitting two charges.
The court heard the 44-year-old had assaulted a person in Kington by beating on October 10.

He had also assaulted a police officer acting in the course of his duties by beating in Leominster on October 18.
Williams, of Rectory Lane, Stoke Prior, was handed a two-year community order with 270 hours of unpaid work and a two-year restraining order. He must also pay compensation of £50 to the police officer.
