Dog theft fears as suspicious man seen with dog biscuits in Hereford
A SUSPICIOUS man has been reported to police over dog theft fears.
Officers for Hereford's Safer Neighbourhood Team said they had received reports of a man paying close attention to houses in Holmer.
The man is reported to have been carrying dog biscuits but had no dog with him.

"When challenged by a resident, he bolted towards the housing estate," a spokesperson for Hereford SNT said.
"Residents believe he was trying to entice their pedigree puppies in order to steal them."
