MAY I through your newspaper thank the kind and respectful individual who handed my backpack to customer services at Asda in Hereford on July 6 at around 11am.
I had somehow had a momentary lapse in time and had left my backpack on the shopping trolley.
I had not realised until I reached Wellington Garden Centre (other garden outlets available).

As I am of a high anxiety disorder, I arrived back at Asda and to my relief (relief being an understatement) was reunited with the backpack.
A big thank you to customer services.
But, also a big thank you to you the individual who found it, an anonymous hero (to me and possibly others) because I would have had a more difficult time with replacing the majority of the contents including my phone.
