A HEREFORDSHIRE attacker has been handed a community order after causing actual bodily harm in an assault on another man.
Joel Mercer was convicted of one offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 44-year-old had assaulted a man, causing actual bodily harm, in Hereford on June 18.
Mercer, on Much Birch, Herefordshire, was handed an 18-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £114 victim surcharge.
