A MAN has been ordered to pay compensation after attacking a nurse in Hereford.
Joseph Banks entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had assaulted a nurse acting in the course of her duties in Hereford on March 18.

He had also assaulted a man in Hereford on the same date.
Banks, of Connaught Avenue, Kidderminster, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and must pay compensation of £50 to each of his victims and a £22 victim surcharge. No costs order was made due to his lack of means.
